Mac Mini M1 A2348 820-02091 rear IO port replacement p/n
need every single rear IO port socket replacement. some dumb kid destroyed every all of the sockets. before remove the socket from the board it would not boot but after remove it i see normal boot current consumption and chime. need to source the sockets for replacement. the HDMI, rj45, usbA audio combo appear to shared with macmini 2018 but the usb c is a different part
part numbers in 2018 schematic not helpful on where to source, looks like its a custom part might just need to get a donor.

Had two of these units suddenly no post only need to repair firmware efi. seems like the NVRAM was corruption with a bunch of junk and filled up completely cause no able to POST.... -

you can just make your own clean img from lenovo btw just overwrite firmware bios region (offset 0xa00000 for this model) with the image from lenovo driver firmware update page extract it with uefitool for linux cab or the windows one self extracts the bin file for you. just make sure to keep the original gbe region; ME region etc. same idea for other manufacturers but youll have to splice the nvram region contained serial number etc since the product data is contained in efi. no need to download other people's dumpsLeave a comment:

thats just for mec1663 and mec1653 sorry. i would assume for mec1503 you can just connect jtag tms tdi tdo tms and select same profile in rt809h since the datasheet shows the jtag protocol is very similar. haven't gotten in a newer machine to try yet though...Leave a comment:

ive found out like half the time the dump is blank, i just go ahead and erased it then go to lenovo website or fwupd.org grab the EC controller firmware image and then change padding to correct filesize then write....Leave a comment:

jtag pinout guide here from studying schematic and probing around board. the jtag is covered by silkscreen and under the WWAN card on front (side with cpu) of board jtag reset JTAG_RST pull up/pull down located near EC check silkscreen to see where. Hope this helps...Leave a comment:
