Good morning, thanks for replying. I flashed the BIOS you recommended, the one that ends in TI. I first backed up the corrupted BIOS and checked that it had the ME and EC files. I uploaded the two files to Mega because it wouldn't let me here on the site. Thanks for everything and have a good day.

Hey there, so the bios for my acer laptop corrupted and I couldnt retrieve the previous bios from the chip but I was able to salvage the bios and was wondering if I could get help with setting up a new bios for my system. I have been working day and night trying to figure it out but with no luck and was hoping that I could get some help reaching out to this thread to figure out what I could do to get the bios up and running again. Much appreciated to whomever can help out.

Hello, i have Acer Nitro AN515-57 with corrupted bios, i used CH341 programmer to make a backup and tried some bios files from this site but now i got no screen, blue light for few seconds and it switch off. With old bios i managed to switch it on, enter bios but there was generic serial number showing 12345etc with no model data and it didn't detect nvme drives connected. I tried to flash backup file now, but now I'm stuck with blue light for few seconds and that's it. Maybe i corrupted file when doing backup.
here is details about my device, i did attach backup bios file when it was switching on at the beginning

That's where my troubles begin since my bios lacked any data when using my ch341 but I assumed I didnt read it right so I tested it with a winbond cpu in a secondary desktop i had and it read the data from that chip so I desoldered the bios from my laptop and tested it deeper with a multimeter to ensure the standoff legs were working and they all were. I tested the chip to see if it was working and to my delight it still functioned and everything I just lack the bios files now due to whatever had happened with my system after being updated.

Little update, after testing many bioses i found one working from post 75, thanks hoaca388 , i did attach it, only serial number is generic 1234etc and no model number, maybe someone can put my device serial and model info in this bios? Everything is working ok now, nvme drives recognized only problem that nitro sense app shows system unsupported probably because there is no model number written in bios.

Hello everyone.
The customer accidentally changed the video settings in the BIOS. Now the laptop boots up normally, but with no video on either the monitor or the HDMI output.
I tried resetting the CMOS.

Give me a break, it's a virgin bios. Start over, and be more careful with programing, verifying, soldering the chip back to the board etc. ...

Don't post pictures unless asked....No one wastes time enlarging pictures, turning them, or using a magnifying glass to see numbers or letters..
