Hello. I have a problem: my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-5423 laptop had its processor and hub replaced at another service center, along with repairs to the power supply and the multicontroller. After all the work, we requested a BIOS update. The problem is that the serial number in the BIOS now doesn't match 1234567890123456789012. There is no Asset Number, product name Aspire xxxx, manufacturer name Acer, and UUID ffffffff-ffff-ffff-ffff-40c2ba345bc5.
The client has a box with seven data. How can I enter this data into the BIOS firmware? As far as I understand, some data is stored in the EC firmware. I can read and flash both the main BIOS and the EC itself. Below is an archive with the main BIOS and EC firmware that I read from the board. The original BIOS is lost. I'm also providing the data from the laptop box.
