Hi everyone. i really need the original bios of acer nitro an515-57 la-l181p rev. I have tried some other bios but they don't recognize nvme. only this bios can recognize nvme but the fan is very loud

I have already moved the DMI. Is the file in Post #8 is your Original BIOS, and this Serial Number is written on your Laptop Cover "NHQD9CN0021281AC483400"?

My original bios is gone. i found this bios on net and it recognizes nvme. is there any way to add any DMI in this bios

All voltages normal, suspecting BIOS now. Attached is the dump.

I'm curious though, one portion of the BIOS shows something like AN515-57 where I was expecting AN515-55. Is this normal?

This 118.8 KB archive is too small for a good bios dump. Try again, and add your serial number and SNID.

It was a compressed .rar archive, which is why it's small. I've attached the uncompressed one here.

Also, I should make a correction: The motherboard is from a AN515-57-56FC , so that explains the model# in the BIOS.I got confused on the model due to being using another host carcass for test.

It's a Wrong chip, your BIOS Chip/File should be something like 16MB not a 1KB Chip. Take an image for your BIOS Chip to see what's written on it.
Also your Serial Number shows this Model "Acer Nitro AN515-57".

Are there more than one memory chip in the board? The one I removed seems to be a Winbond 25Q80DV, which does show as 1MB / 8Mb on datasheets.

Yes, the bios chip is different, find it and upload the dump from it here, 25Q80DV is not the right one.

One of these Chips should be the correct one. Need to see what's written on it, take a closer image.
