1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode. Let it run for 2minutes, it will restart several times with no display. And remove CMOS battery.

Its not exactly clear what you mean by "clear me" ,do you mean clean the ME firmware.Do you mean the bios isn`t working properly and you want it fixing. Do you mean it has a password,if so then say it has a password.

your file is twice as size and is a merged file of 2 identical dumps. What is your bios chipset? It should be Winbond W25Q256 or GigaDevice GD25x256C, or that new MX77L25650F (id C27519), confirm that is a 256Mb chipset.
