Unfortunately i already pressed alt+f2 :/ laptop is fully assembled.. i will have to flash again bios chip ? where to find service tag number ? thanks

You shouldn't have done that, you were a bit hasty in that case I'm afraid. You will have to do everything from the beginning because the Service Tag can only be entered in active manufacturing mode. The Service Tag along with the Express Service Code are printed on the factory label, which is usually located on the back cover.

Friend, enter the bios in the menu on the left, look for where it says maintenance, and enter the service tag that is written on the bottom of the equipment, if you do not have the tag, let me know so I can indicate your stag
