the bios posted by @ hoaca388 is extracted from the Lenovo site update, if it doesn't work, either you made a mistake in writing the bios chip, or the laptop has another problem ...

Your backup is messy. Which software do you use? Are you using a clip/clamp to read the chip or you de-solder the chip?

Im using a ch341a programmer whit the Clamp.

You have to de-solder the chip and read it outside the motherboard to get a proper backup.
Also use NeoProgrammer software because it's the best software for CH341A.

I deleted the chip because I did several tests I don't think it's in anymore, but I should have other files I'll upload them later later let me know if those files are right.

Lenovo is providing a virgin BIOS for your laptop, so I can give you a new file with your DMI. But first I need to know if you can read/write the BIOS chip properly outside the motherboard.
