Hello, Would anyone be able to tell me which version of the BIOS I have? I have an HP Laptop that has a 3 blink white light by charger, I confirmed it charges the battery, but no fan spin or anything when pressing power button.

I need a working bios please. The computer will turn on to a blank screen. I tried few bioses from this post, with some, the computer comes on with a message that the bios manufaturer mode is unlocked or something like this, but will not load windows, will get stuck on black screen. Will load fine in safe mode. I'm attaching the original bad bios as well as the computer info.

I downloaded the file and change the dmi, it starts, but it takes 30 seconds before it starts. The windows crashes. Maybe because the bios os version v07, I think the lates is v29. I have few other files for this board, that I found, with some its better, it starts immediately but it has the bios unlock message. Can the manufacture edit be locked on the bios or I need the hp BCU tools?

After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
🧩 Initial Issue- Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.
When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.
I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder... -

I'm looking for a BIOS modder or anyone with experience who would give me suggestions about my razer blade's BIOS settings.
I can view and edit the content of the BIOS .bin file with AMIBCP BIOS editor.
The BIOS files I'm working with are from badcaps.net and those are CLEAN BIOS files (anyone can find it with the search string: RZ09-0421).

Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
Some issues
A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized
Things I tried
