hello can someone help me to downgrade this bios to lower version?
it is 1.32, the issue is when I shutdown, I can't turn it on anymore. I need to remove the battery and plug the charger only for me to power it on again.
but everything works normal when it is working.

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"

I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.
