Compare your backup with some of the other 8MB backups in the thread, look at the code it`s weird in places,it is corrupt. Are you using a clip and what programmer and software version are you using.

I used a clip and an push clip for different files. I am using an T48 with XGPro.

re-upload incase the upload corrupted it.

If you have another programmer,such as a CH341A make another backup with it.
