So, I checked the file 2 times, and it did not give any errors, I also added 16MB if it was needed. Thanks for your help.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode

I also have a problem with the password. dell 3410 I tried to do it myself based on other users' files, but I only see differences in two places. With password it is 'AA' without password '00'
I can't find it in my file, can anyone help?

your bios is obviously corrupt that's why the tool doesn't work. read again ang verify in your programmer.
