You need a programmer , the cheapest one is CH341A. Learn to use it carefully.

Hello friends, I have a Dell Latitude 3510 with a admin password. I have tried all the files on this forum and they work but I can't change the service tag number, it doesn't want to save it. I have attached both of my files and service tag number

Sorry I just got back to you. Unfortunately the file did not work, no video and fan spun up as if it was corrupted

Try only lower .
1st boot press F2 and write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart, 2nd boot press alt+L to exit manufacturing mode.

If you want to delete or disable your Bios Password, we will need your Backup Bios to do it for you.
