I tried reprogrammed second time. power on then off. then on again. cpu did not get warmed and no keyboard backlight like the original bios.Comment

It does not need to be cleaned, as it is original/native dump, and ME firmware was already "married" with the hardware. If it had to be cleaned, I would have done it with or without these observations of yours, so it is not bad to both observe, and to learn some basic concepts.
Of course, there is a possibility that OP didn't program the chip correctly, especially if he didn't use verification, there is a possibility that it is not soldered correctly on the motherboard, and so on.
But the problem is not always in the bios, and most of the times unfortunately it is just a hardware issue.

Just to clear thing about how i program the bin file. i have both sofi sp8 and RT809f both were used and same results. no cpu warm up and fan spin like the old bios.Comment

ok, this one behave exactly the same as the one provided by Vesko356. this time also did voltage check on each of the coil. With the original bios all voltage present. 3.3v,5v,1.02v,1.2v and 0.8... when programmed with bios from SMDFea, i have missing 1.02v(pch),0.8v(cpu) and 1.2v(ram). is that mean wrong bios or cpu can not be initialize?Comment

dell 5491 bios problem
i have dell laptop service tag no F637ZZ2 with bios issue have got the dispaly with other bios but giving tpm error and laptop doesnt go into sleep mode.plz make me a working bios with backup bios attached.Comment

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. I'm trying to recover a Fujitsu Lifebook E5513 (most likely 2023 model) that was bricked during a BIOS update. The update was interrupted (probably due to power loss), and now the laptop is stuck in a boot loop showing "PBB rollback" / "SBB rollback" messages.
BIOS access (F2) and Boot Menu (F12) are no longer possible – the system instantly reboots after the rollback messages.
I extracted the official BIOS update package from Fujitsu (contains FJNB2FD.CAP, ~18.7 MB) and tried tools like UEFIExtract, but it seems to only contain... -
I have this laptop that does boot but it's on an older BIOS that has issues with Secure Boot, and I cannot use the normal Razer BIOS updater because for some reason the serial number is missing / got deleted somehow (Common issue on this model, from what I've read). I got a dump of the BIOS chip (or at least what I think is the BIOS chip), and its 16MB in size - the files from the Razer BIOS update are 8MB. (There's two 8MB files, am I supposed to combine these somehow? Or combine with an Intel ME firmware? I have no idea).

I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:
I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.
