Hello, please help me with unlocking this Dell 7480 BIOS password. I hope i got the correct dump because i do not know exactly which is the BIOS chip, i found also 2 1MB chips, but those are for EC i think.

If not work, change 6FF1 to BF97 and try again.
Whith uppercase : use Capslock button.
Keyboard for typing : Qwerty US layout , you can use external keyboard via USB 2.0 port.

for me E7A8 suffix worked. Code seems to look strange, but it worked.
left ctrl + enter at the end ofcourse required.

I wonder if upgrading your bios to the latest version will it change the suffix ? (8FC8 for example).
If it is 8FC8 then it is very possible to unlock through bios file.

Tested to update via dell command update. But there seem to be some issue and the update fails.
When I download the update from dell and run the exe module I get promted for windows admin account which I don't have.
