Unfortunatelly on this one it make continous reboots, without screen.
Reflashin back my one works with delay.
There is i3-7130U
I wonder if someone changed already BIOS, as on Corporate LP it work fast, but was injected Consumer LP and on it there is 30s lag..
Now i see you have Consumer H instead LP. Maybe this make fault.
Edit:
I use "never tagged" bios, then
I inject mysefl this ME and it work great.
Anyway thank you for try and help

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
(from here https://www.dell.com/support/manuals...e7a&lang=en-us)
I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.
