I have this Dell E7250 single bios only cannot detect SSD, my request is to have a Bios Bin for this model, or at least clean the ME,

I have this HP laptop 14s-cf2500tu full speed fan spin but no display.

Already did the basic troubleshooting.- Change working ram , reset BIOS , connected to external monitor, but no luck
