The code did not work.Password remains.
I have tried three different codes and none of them worked
i think there may be something in bios thats stopping master
password working.
I am going to upload bios so you can have a look at it.

One of the two had to work for sure, but since you have difficulties upload the dump for unlocking.

I have sorted it,the password is gone.
It was mistake on my part,i was putting in
code incorrectly.
It was alphabet "k" supposed to be lowercase but i thought it was capital.

I did as you asked. However, neither of the passwords provided worked.

The prefix is: 6FF1

The password required is the one which unlocks the bios within the bios. So, not the one which usually prompts at the post-stage. I can get into bios, and view all the options but can't make any changes. The client also doesn't know the password.

Any help would be appreciated

what's the point of image with covered service tag? you did not "prevent" any confusion by contrary! You have already posted bios dump which contains service tag. Think, it's for free!

use QWERY keyboard, use capslock for uppercase and after typing password press left Ctrl + Enter.

I re-read these posts, and tried the password again using LEFT_CTRL-ENTER to submit the password, and that worked. I can't believe it worked.
