Aslo post # 84 and #44

same prob. power button and caps light continues on. and fan spins few times.

how to disable internal ram in bios. or any further instructions..

This file works for me. Only need put my DMI info ( DMI 201000 - 2011FF ).

This BIOS have ME version 11.8.50.3399, updated successful to 11.8.86.3877 with package from Lenovo.

The one i posted is a virgin bios plus your DMI. There are many other working bios versions in this thread. Attach everything to motherboard, daughter bioards,if any , everything apart from the screen. Check via HDMI. It could be a hardware proble, maybe the soldered ram. Indeed, there is a problem with the Omboar RAM, I disabled it and it started working normally, thank you very much
