I have tried every bios on this page and cannot seem to get my L340 to post. I have had the most luck with the "Main Bios" file. I get fan spin, the GPU and CPU get hot, it just doesn't appear to post. Anyone have any other binned bios files?Comment

Hi, have lenovo l340 ir15, on mx25l12872f FG541 FG741 NM-C361

Hello.
Thank you for providing the file, but unfortunately, it doesn't work — the EC dump or the included utility either doesn't run or fails to function correctly.
I'm looking for a working EC dump (EC_25Q64JV.bin) for Lenovo L340-15IRH Gaming, motherboard NM-C362 / NM-C361, preferably 8MB in size.
Tested personally: the file ECite.bin.zip appears to be incomplete or invalid — full EC firmware should be 8MB.
If anyone has a confirmed working version or has successfully flashed this specific EC chip, I’d really appreciate your help.
Looking forward to a constructive discussion.

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V.... -

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.
History:
1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.
I searched for this error online and discovered... -
So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.
I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...10-11-2024, 03:12 PM -
