Thanks a lot for your help.

I had a bit of trouble erasing the chip, but finally succeeded by powering it from an external 3v3 source (didn't want to unsolder it from the motherboard).
Programming OK, completed without error.

But now, the laptop won't start: yellow/orange LED lights up when you press the power button, and goes out when you release it.

I tried with and without backup battery, with and without main cell, same behavior.

I wonder if there is not another protection, if the BIOS is modified...

I suggest you unsolder it, sometimes the eeprom are not well recorded as they are soldered on the mainboard.
