Hello One & All i need help with this laptop it has no power/POST Issue and im sure its a BIOS problem

SNID : Due to Cover damage cannot post the SNID
Original BIOS Dump Attached Thank you in advance

Hello sorry as shown in the picture due to cover damage I can't get snid or service tag ..... is this web site policy or needed component?

Sadly it did not .
It dosent boot or crash it just nothing i press the power button and as long as i hold it, it stays orange but it does not boot or take extra amps only staying at 0.1 - 0.2

could anybody help me please with my BIOS files. NTB turns on but no display., one of these BIOS files above working but OS turns off as soon as log in screen apeas. Even with fresh OS installed.
