i found a T480 in a patched Lenovo zip that was given to me in FB bios groups.
not sure if its working as is but worth a try for anyone.. might need your Original ME and bios region of this zip.
let me know if it worked or not... it did for my friend.

No. Bought new TL866 II Plus to read 256MB BIOS. If someone can inject patch, i can post BIOS here.

TL866A and TL866CS can't read 256MB bios !
RT809F/H can !

I downloaded T560 and X1 gen3 patched bios but they are not working. 2x5 beeps and then stop. (some other peoples has also this problem with others.) I found trick, that they need Clean ME region. After this mods all is working OK..

2nd how to enter the hardware ID Password............... ( through the lenovo_autopatcher_0.2 ) 3rd can I run this patcher file in cmd in windows or must bootable USB drive ) plz reply to me and guide me I shall be very thankful to you.

that one is 4 mb my t440 have 8mb and he mb type is T440 NM-A102 itry one from the post its 8mb but the laptop not tun on

The one at post #1 is 16MB, but you are right,yours is 8MB. Try the autopatcher - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=87588

I tested with x270 just now. It is working but it is asking for the right code, if I type anything it says invalid key. It took about 5 minute to display image the first time.

I patched a Lenovo T440P using the file in the first post and TPM was patched but when I restore the original bios there is no display, no beeps...just a green light on the power button. I left it for 30 minutes but still display doesn't come.
How do I fix this?
