its very old bios pre production. this was likely early sample board that got sold w fake serial.
this is oldest bios in website readme
N3FUJ01W (exe name) 1.07
(N3FET22W) bios version 1.05
(N3FHT17W) EC version For Factory Use
yours says N3FET13W
if you try to flash a newer bios it might not work due to chipset also likely pre production....Leave a comment:

the common problem is you might have to load intel VMD or non VMD drivers .
put them in win usb then click load driver at bottom left of HDD window during setup.
here is clean ME 1.16 and clean totally new 1.13 from website also in zip.. but try the drivers for intel 10th gen VMD first.
