what SIO chip does the laptop have? maybe bios EC has

hp 450 g3 does not start, with the proviso that when you try to turn on the 3 sec capslock and power button, and three times flashes orange ice on the charging connectorComment

I am repairing the HP ProBook 450 G3 laptop after flooding. I diagnosed a short circuit on the CPU chip. After replacing the processor, the short circuit stopped, but the laptop does not start. Symptoms are as in the linked video (see at the bottom of my post). I guess this could be a BIOS problem. I downloaded my bios to a binary file from BIOS chip. Can anyone prepare a clean, functional bios for me, taking into account the parameters from my file?

Powers up, 3 long and 2 short beeps. Tried a few other images for the same board from various forum posts, they powered up with full fan speed and no beeps.

The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. I tried to add a custom secure boot key (for secure booting Linux) to my bios, but after this, my laptop bricked. After adding secure boot key (via PowerShell) and enabling secure boot my laptop turns on, shows HP logo, and after 5 seconds it turns off and on, and it repeats forever.
My goal is to either turn off secure boot or remove my custom key from BIOS dump.

This laptop is the same laptop I was working on in this thread and I wasn't sure if I should post a new topic or post in that thread because I already solved the issue that thread was discussing and this is a completely different issue although it is dealing with the same laptop.
