HP Probook 450 G3 shows ME version 0.0.0.0 in advanced system information and it takes long time (about 15-20 sec) to boot to HP logo and start loading Windows. I can't update ME using HP tools avaliable to download on product page (security updates). I guess there is a problem with ME region. Can anyone prepare fixed bios to fix this issue?...

I am repairing the HP ProBook 450 G3 laptop after flooding. I diagnosed a short circuit on the CPU chip. After replacing the processor, the short circuit stopped, but the laptop does not start. Symptoms are as in the linked video (see at the bottom of my post). I guess this could be a BIOS problem. I downloaded my bios to a binary file from BIOS chip. Can anyone prepare a clean, functional bios for me, taking into account the parameters from my file?

I bought used notebook with admin password.

After uploading the modified bin file to the laptop there was a black screen and the fan turned on, but no display.
I tried to upload the original file to the bios again, but the computer with orignal bin also did not start. What could...
