My friends gave me a laptop for free. It doesn't work. I plug it into the power supply and the laptop immediately turns on but the fan doesn't spin and only the power button LED stays on and doesn't turn off, the SHIFT key LED doesn't turn on and the orange LED at the bottom keeps blinking at intervals of 1 blink per second.

Read the rules, type the laptop serial number. Read the Bios guides,there are some ME cleaning guides, try to do it yourself, if you can`t manage it let us know

I tried it but of no good. with old bios laptop shutdown after 30 min and tried to clean but the fan spins louder and no display.

conecto a la corriente y de imediato se enciende la laptop pero no gira el ventilador y solo se queda el led del boton de encendido activado y no se apaga, no enciende led de tecla MAYUS y el led naranja de la parte inferior se queda parpadeando en intervalos de 1 parpadeo por segundo.

Quien tenga el bios por favor, que me lo comparta

ok to delete the password you have to post the contents of the bios chip here and for that you need an SPI programmer..otherwise it is not possible...you post the contents here someone deletes your password and you write back the bios...clear now??

I haven't an SPI programmer..
I think I sell this laptop.
I passed much time to try to fix it. And it's not possible for me to fix it without an SPI programmer.
