thanks peste for the ec file. But i still have a problem, i failed to flash it to my ITE 8985E (shown in picture "RT809_IT8985_fail"), that a new EC IT8985E that I'm using, the tool that used is RT809F + PEB1 (shown in pict "RT809F+PEB1").
I think my pin keyboard conection setting is good, already check. But still, its say chip failed to enter isp status. Need help here..

I searched about this adapter. It can program It89xx family and I was wrong.
Anyway, as I see on the picture l think your kind of flat is wrong .please pay attention to pin number one on your adapter and pin number one on key connector
As I see on the pic they are wrong connected together and you must use reverse flat.

Got this X555QA AMD power on no display , with built in ram , no short to GND , consumption is good and i try 5 official bios but no luck
Question : i must flash EC in this situation too !!

Need Bios for Asus R556BP

Hi everyone does anyone have a bios image for this laptop pls share.
pc name : Asus R556BP
Board name x555qg rev 2.0
I downloaded those two files from official asus website but when i try to flash the programmer software say Image file larger than IC size.

the board has a built in ram can you modify the bios to deactivate it and work only by the exterior ram that i put into it
