I searched about this adapter. It can program It89xx family and I was wrong.
Anyway, as I see on the picture l think your kind of flat is wrong .please pay attention to pin number one on your adapter and pin number one on key connector
As I see on the pic they are wrong connected together and you must use reverse flat....
