I really need a working BIOS dump for ThinkPad T400 (motherboard no.: MLB3I-7, so it's the version with integrated graphics).

Thanks for your help. Sadly, no luck.

With the original BIOS the issue was the following: when the board recieved power, it did "power on". The CPU got hot, but there was no display on internal or external monitor, or no beeps.

With this bios: Only the charger LED light up. Pressing the power button does nothing.

Any idea?

UPDATE: I found an R400 bios ROM on the internet. After falshing it, the machine DOES power on, and I can access the BIOS, reset to default settings etc. But it still not boot from an HDD since it hangs with just a cursor. It also spends a lot of time with "Intel ME unconfiguration in progress..."

So I think it's still a BIOS related issue.

I attached both my original BIOS, and the R400 one I flashed...

THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED: the issue was the BIOS battery. If you need BIOS dump for this machine, download the file I posted and use the one for ThinkPad R400 (NOT T400!).
