        The bios at the first link is the right one,its an official bios not a dump. You`ve got a false sense of the wrong bios working because you`ve got further with it. Flash the 4QCN45WW(V2.09) bios back, and the EC if you have a programmer.Do further testing only with the right bios or you lead yourself down a rabbit hole.

                    What is the full laptop model number and machine type .Go to the first link at post #3 ,if your model/type is listed there use that bios and edit in the DMI info and win key from your bios backup.

                      I tried to change the EC chip because it was shorted after that I tried to power the board its only taking 8milliamp. Is it because I didnt programm it?

                        if the laptop chip is programmable, you will have to program it ...
