Thanks for the archive. I already have that file - I downloaded the BIOS for Windows from Lenovo’s website, opened it with WinRAR, and extracted the same file.
Unfortunately, with your archive, it didn’t work. I held down Fn+R, turned on the laptop, and after a loud beep released the keys. The laptop kept beeping loudly for about a minute, then restarted and brought me back to the same menu with two options - none of which work....
Would you happen to have an older version of the BIOS? Not the one currently available on Lenovo’s official site?
UPD: I also noticed that new log files were created on the USB stick... attached in the archive.

Hello, I have the same laptop. Yoga Slim 6 14IRH8. S/N: YX09V3WX, motherboard MBH83E0 I513500H UMA16G, p/n: 5B21L52211. Initially, it wouldn't turn on after a Microsoft update. The customer took it to several service centers. Now one of the flash drives on the board is empty. I created a dump of 25Q128 and 25Q64 from the official Lenovo website, but 25Q80 is empty and I don't know what should be there. Thanks in advance for any help or direction. I'm attaching two existing dumps, as well as two created ones.Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, I couldn't find where the data lines go from the 25Q80 chip. However, I found a dump of this chip at a previous service center. However, this dump also doesn't initialize. Could someone help me check the BIOS integrity? Or could compile the dumps based on mine? Thank you in advance.Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

Hey folks I've got a client here with the same issue of the "Do you want to recovery ROM part". Never seen this before. Attached is a dump of both the 128Mbit and 64Mbit chips as they are. I have a 3.3v programmer so can flash binaries manually unless there's some easier way (I've seen several people mentioning using a USB but I have no idea how).

Try flashing only 16MB (128) BIOS with your DMI inserted, used post 11 as base
BIOS ver N1CN15WW
S/N YX07N0Y0
DMI 1D9000-1DAFFF on 16MB chip
8MB (64) chip contains ME region, if it boots fine afterwards leave as isAttached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

by to5it0Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS
Hello everyone,
I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.
This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.
I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...2 Photos-

by beogeekI've currently got a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 14APU8 that is not posting. Its fan spins, the keyboard lights up, and the caps lock doesn't work. It was taken to some shop for cleaning, and then they updated or tried to update the bios. After that, there was no display and no post. I've removed the bios ic from the board and made a bios dump. I need some assistance going forward, as I suspect this is probably just a bad bios issue. I've tried searching for a dump, but no luck; if anyone can throw me a bone, it would be much appreciated!
Attached is the bios dump in the state I received it...-

by macabookHello everyone,
I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
🧩 Initial Issue- Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
- External display (HDMI) shows
