Does anyone have a clear bios for this? I tried the bios from https://forum.laboneinside.com/viewtopic.php?t=9715 but the laptop turns on for a minute, fan starts to slowly spin until full speed and then it turns off and goes back again.
The bios also has a password, if you could remove that too. Thank youComment

Hello,
I have an EliteBook 850 G5. After a Windows update, including a BIOS update, the notebook turns on, but the screen remains black, and the fans spin at high speed—nothing else happens.
I assume the BIOS update failed, so I searched for the BIOS chip.
I found a Winbond chip located between the RAM and the hard drive, which has a size of 32 MB.
However, the BIOS update available on HP's website is only 17 MB in size. I used the update version that was previously installed when the notebook was still working.

HI, i have hp elitebook 850 g8, that had a mdm lock. i bought new bios from ebay and programmed it and laptop died. Its takeing only 0.035A and blinking diode white and orange, soldering for sure ok . After that laptop is dead, even i flashed back old one bios and still the same. I need unlocked working bios. Please help.
