hi there, ive w540 cant enter Bios, just Stuck in logo thinkpad. heres my bios anyone can fix it?

Hi,
got a W540 in which crashed during an update, only beeps. I wasted the last hours, trying to fix it by myself (There's even a good tutorial on YT) but failed, symptoms are still the same. Attached are the dumps of both chips, model is Lenovo W540 Type 20BH-S0WP00 SN.# R9-00KVWX.
I would be grateful, if someone more experienced could have a look on this.
