Extract Panasonic Toughbook cf-53 mk2 Bios Update EXE

Hello,
I want to adapt my solution to remove Panasonic cf-53 mk2 Bios PW to CF-53mk3.
I succeeded with using an eeprom dump from an password free CF-53 already,
but I would like to use Bios Parts of an official Bios Update.
I can´t extract it from the exe. I could not find it in temp folders as well.
But maybe some of you guys or gals know how to do it and is willing to help me.

the bin file is just 8.192KB - i thought the CF-53 (MK2) BIOS is about 16MB !? or are there different versions? best regards

The bios at post #4 has a password. Post your original bios backup .
