          thanks for the response mcplsig bios is working, but i have problem on the power button switch anyone can help how can i make jumper for this because press power button nothings response, but when i short pin3 and pin4 it turns on,because pin3 have 3.3v.I have attached the image on the power button anyone can help me please

            Hi, pin 3 is the +3VALW and pin 4 is the ON/OFFBTN#. On the board you could have a diode who is open, follow the trace from the switch to pin 4, you should have 3.3V on the switch also.

              I checked on the switch pin 3 have 3.3v but pin 4 have 17.42v

                When you push the switch, does the 3.3V on the switch go to zero?

                  on the connector on pin 3 have 3.3v when press power button 3.3v on not goes to zero.on power button no 3.3v

                      There you go, if you don't have 3.3V on the power button, it will not work. Follow the path from the switch to one of the chips, the chip could be open.

                          pin 4 is connected on this chip on power switch but still the same voltage 17.42

                            You have to follow the path from the switch to one of the chips, not the ribbon cable to the chip, you have to find out why you do not have 3.3v on the switch.

                              When you find which one, you should have 3.3V on the other pin of this chip.

                                This chip has no continnuity kn the power button and the 1st pin have 17.42 the ontgrr pin has 0v

                                    The other chip the second one continuity connected to pin3 and pin 2and 3 of the chip has 3.3v

                                        To be sure, on your picture of the board, write down all the voltages of both chips and the flat cable.
