rly no brain needed for this to solve

go to hp support site where you download drivers for exact model
find bios update file (for this model is sp82645.exe)
start the package, mark "copy" option in flash tool, create new folder, go browse and finish
it will save you all bios and it well be decrypted
there will also be some small files 1kb but just delete those, those are not needed for this
