I ran the sp92961.zip file you provided, but I noticed that after the BIOS recovery, the laptop does not detect the battery. 😫
I have tried several times updating the F.57 BIOS, different download files for the k000, k100 and k200 models, but the problem still persists. I also did a clean install of Windows 10 and the problem persists. My laptop does not detect the battery now?
I have also tried disabling and then enabling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver in Device Manager, but nothing helps. I have even tried uninstalling the ACPI driver and also the Microsoft AC adapter and then restarting the laptop, but the problem persists.
I have no idea what else to do...😢Attached Files

In that case, I will look to buy another battery. The fact is that I bought a replacement Green Cell 2600 mAh battery (HP82PRO) around September 2019 and the battery was always charged at about 90% when plugged into AC. I find it very strange that the battery would suddenly die in that time frame. 😐

I bought a brand new Patona 2200 mAh battery and I still get the message "No battery is detected". I really don't know what else it could be... 🤔 Since the BIOS update, the battery is no longer detected.

I honestly don't know what the problem could be. I know you can't fully diagnose a computer just by looking at a photo, but I don't see anything wrong with the laptop. The white ribbon connecting the battery pins to the motherboard was installed correctly, in my opinion. I'll try taking it apart again and reconnecting it again, but I honestly doubt it.

Status update on the battery issue... I honestly can't believe what the problem was, but the laptop now recognizes the battery and works/charges flawlessly.😀👍
The problem was that there was no blue pull tag on the battery ribbon cable that connects to the motherboard. If I hadn't bought a new battery to test, in case my used battery was the problem, I would never have noticed the missing blue pull tab while troubleshooting. As shown in the photo on insidemylaptop.com, you can clearly see two blue pull tabs on each side of the white ribbon cable. While troubleshooting, I kind of felt that the ribbon cable was not securely attached (it felt loose) under the locking tab where the pull tab was missing, so I tried placing a small piece of paper on top of the cable to press the connectors all the way in and all of a sudden the laptop recognized the battery!😃
