make a dos bootable flash drive and use hp dmi tools to insert dmi info.
I can restore your dmi data in the official bios but the password issue might appear again as password may be in dmi data.So better you use dmi tools to fix it.Comment

DMI means serial number/product informattion/pcid etc which you can get at the back side of your pc. Just fill in those information with hp dmi tools.Comment

Imran romi, i could have done that but didnt as sometimes password is stored in dmi data in hp. Moreover, He should have tried dmi tools. We cant always expect a readymade solution as everyone is doing this for the sake of badcaps community. I still beleive that one should give his or her best in trying to solve the problem before posting for help.Comment

Hi I have same problem however when i tried flashing I get "Error: Image size (4194304B) doesn't match the flash chip's size (8388608B)". I have a probook 6475B with bios chip MX25L6406E if someone could post a stock .bin file I could use it would be great. ThanksComment

Hi all,
This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.
I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

Hp Probook 450 G7 s# SCD0348W35 had a locked BIOS. Bought BIOS and EC chips off Ebay that were supposed to match this machine - the 450 G7. Flashed in the BIOS on chip i bought using a CH341. BIOS unlocked next boot. Some error to contact HP. Entered BIOS and reset to system defaults and rebooted. Machine worked fine but every cold boot the contact HP message popped and everything else worked as fine. Assumed the error was from EC chip not matching BIOS that i just flashed in. So i flashed in the EC that was supposed to match from the EBay chip i bought and instant brick.

Hi all,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)
