Hi guys.
I think I corrupted the bios on my samsung R580-JS03SE, as I tried to update it (the bios) from the samsung pages. During the process, it went black, and has not shown any signs of life since then, only a slight flash on the hdd led, and the fan going.
I have tried to reset the bios buy removing the tiny battery on the motherboard for a few minutes, but still no action. I have also tried some usb-stick activitaion, with no succsess.
The motherboard is Bremen 1.1, and I have downloaded the file presenteted above here, but how do I "flash" it into the bios?
Gratefull for any help!

you need an SPI programmer (ch341a, TL866a), open the laptop, remove the bios chip, read it with the programmer, make a copy of the original and check it with the HxD program, post it here, someone will help you and restore your bios. .more information and video can be found on the net ..

Hm... maybe I rather should buy a used motherboard on ebay? Do you think any model of Brenmen M -series will fit? Is upgrade a possibility here? f.i. cpu and/or capability of more ram? (mine is 8, upgraded from 4)Comment

The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

Hi all,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).
