    packard bell model pav80 bios needed

    hi everyone can anyone share a working bios for this notebook PACKARD BELL MODEL:PAV 80 board code:PAV70 LA-6221P. laptop turns on but no display already tried change memory and try external still no display anyone can share a working bios for this please

      Here it is.ddr2 and ddr3.verify the if voltage of the ram is ok.

        thanks ill try this history of this problem is client did not use the noted for a month and then when they try to turn on turns on but no display

          @bachir not working with your bios turns on fan spinning then stops with the orginal turns on fan spinning at not stop i have attached the original dump can someone fix this please

              ill tried your bios mcplslg123 still the same turns on fan spinning then stops but light steady no display i did'nt try the acer one is this the same as packard bell?can anyone fix the original dump please

                    thanks for the response i will try that also because i already tried changing the chip to from mxic25l16 to winbond w25q16 and flashed it still the same issue turns on fan at full speed and shuts off

                          ok before i work on a bios lets confirm thast why you are not getting display .
                          What test have you done ...external monitor..you see video? ..is the internal display back light coming on? if you plug a external keyboard or mouse doeas it light up ..cap lock working ...rsmrst3.3V & s5 3.3v at the kbc ?

                            @techman no external display and the screen i already test it in another notebook, it is working if i plugged a mouse it lights up keyboard caps lock not working 3.3v at s5 and rsmrst are present the history of this notebook is clien not using for half a month when the try to tun on this is what happen fan spin full speed then turns off and lights steady

                              update: still the same issue when turn on the notebook fan spins fast then shuts off but light steady i noticed when i plugged in the charger and measured pins on bios chip pin3 3.3v pin7 3.3v but pin 8 0v when i turn on the notebook laptop spins fast and goes off ligh steady but when i touch with the multimeter the pin8 of bios chip light goes off. please help me

                                i noticed also that when i turn on the notebook pch is very hot could it be dead or this the reason why there is no display?

                                  I'm sure its not a bios problem... Did you try a different CPU? yes it could be the PCH for sure first try a different cpu.

                                      Ok then i want you to heat it to 100C see if video comes on if not do the same for the PCH . make sure you reload original bios before this test.
