Hi, i found the problem and Solution.

I read my BIOS with ch341a v 1.18 and get it Verified.
But while reading and verifieng process it get same erorr message and this message is now stored in the BIOS dump.

In the latest file what you send me (11.6.25.1229_outimage) check it from
FFDD50 to the end. So BIOS Region is Bad. (In another bios dumps are offsets differt... i have to check whole BIOS Region)

I downloaded any Dump for Surface Pro 4 what i can found in web.
Than i found BIOS what look identical to my original and Replaced it whit FIT.
The BIOS was from a diferent board (x911788-008 i5 4GB 128GB) my (x911788-009 i5 8GB 256GB).

But it Works.

At First Start i got yollow stripe over surface logo. But it boot whitout problems to Windows. After firmware update the stripe is gone.

After this i run FPTW -greset --> that kills Windows (Bootloop).
Recovery mode helps! So windows running again.

Now ME Firmware Works... (V 11.8.70.3626)
But Touch Firmware is Bad... (V 1.51.250.106.104.239)
So i have to flash it again.

Many of BIOS Dumps for SP4 which i downloaded from hire and web have the same Problem like my.
Only AS Programmer 1.40 get in my case correct dump. (W25Q128FVPQ)

I will get feedback this weekend after flashing touch firmware.

It has uefi locked, and battery saving mode is activated to 50%.
I have downloaded the bios, but when i run ME analyzed i get many errors like this one

Error: MFS Data Page 1103 > Chunk 3059 CRC-16 0x0000 is INVALID, expected 0x224F!

this error is popping out on different Pages and many chunk per different pages.

may this be due to the fact the bios is locked?

Hello, thank you for the quick response. I forgot to mention that I dumped my bios twice just to be sure that I get at least one good dump. I tried the bios and it now boots to OS and touch is working but wifi is not. The system info on the UEFI is not showing my device model, system UUID and serial number, could that be what is causing the wifi issue? I tried to install the SP4 drivers I got from Microsoft but it is not installing with an error saying that my device is not a SP4. BTW my motherboard is X911788-009. Appreciate the help.

for the password you have to post the bios here.. you need a SPI programmer.. watch a video for an example..
