Hello, thank you for the quick response. I forgot to mention that I dumped my bios twice just to be sure that I get at least one good dump. I tried the bios and it now boots to OS and touch is working but wifi is not. The system info on the UEFI is not showing my device model, system UUID and serial number, could that be what is causing the wifi issue? I tried to install the SP4 drivers I got from Microsoft but it is not installing with an error saying that my device is not a SP4. BTW my motherboard is X911788-009. Appreciate...

Good day everyone. Please help me with my SP4 i5 8GB 256GB. It is stuck on the surface screen with a padlock showing on the top. It is unable to load the OS, enter UEFI settings,and boot from USB. Sorry for my bad english. TIA.
