UEFI Help: How edit BIN Bios File? SONY SVF14 DA0HK8MB6E0

Hello,

Present post if for kindly ask for your help and guidance about how edit/modify the BIOS Dump from a Sony Vaio Fit 14E Model: SVF142c29L MoBo: DA0HK8MB6E0

I used to have a damaged Mother Board, Bios upgrade process kill the machine, however now is working, based on a Dump Bios file founded for this MoBo; the BIOS Winbond Chip has been re-writed and now MoBo boots ok.

Now, the question and support items are:
a).- How edit the Model? without damage the BIOS file
b).- And most important; how edit the UEFI settings? (if required).

1.- I found the model SVF14215CLB and I would like to replace for the specific model of the equipment on the Dump File , the question is how can be possible the BIOS File edit without damage the rest of the file structure of the BIN?
2.- The UEFI is a new thing for me, and I don't know if this one should be changed for re-install Win8 or UPG to Win10, without causing that UEFI key cause conflict with another Register on the Microsoft files (in case some other computer on the Web uses this UEFI where dump is globally shared).
