K40C rev:2.1 bios needed

this case is : do not turn on only led charge orange and do not power.

Thanks for the bios i flashed it , but not power up again, 3,3-5v present power button is ok 3,3v come and back again when i release the button.

any suggestion this board have cpu soldered and igp SIS reflowed but no change.
any idea
