Bios Dump PLF/CSF 45W UMA & DSC MB

I'm searching for bios and ec for this Toshiba mobo PLF/CSF 45W UMA & DSC MB, i have no power/lights.
I don't know the pc reference, cause i only got the mobo?
Strange thing, is that some components get warm, like coils, pch once i connect the PSU.

do you have a bios for this mobo ?
i only find for the PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR DSC MB

Before reballing or reflowing i would like to test a bios, problem is that i didn't backup the original, my mistake !

I just notice that the pc reboots constantly (half a second) and stays that way, that's why some components get warm.
Still searching for bios tought

Thanks my friend,
there is a little mystery here, i read on some threads that this mobo and also the PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR DSC MB have a EC chip!
But i have here 6 mobo's and all of them don't have this chip near the pch, only empty place !

Arround kbc is the bios chip, a 4mb winbond !
This is a mistery, i have the EC file but not the chip, lol !

Hello, I have an issue with the same motherboard. No video. I want to try to reinstall the bios. Could someone help me to identify the chip bios location/type? What tools, files should I use? I never did this kind of operation until now. I attached a photo with my motherboard.

My friend this motherboard have GPU AMD problem, you can do the Bios....but it's a waste of time.

for those who have power without display try to reflow GPU and for those who have no power or start and shutdown after 1 sec try bios and ec it's work ( EC chip can found near kbc)

which tool is the best for flashing bios chips?. i have heard of rt809f i dont know if it is ok.

Can someone upload proper bios and ec for this motherboard (plf/csf 45w uma & dsc mb rev 2.1) ? I found 2-3 links (google search) but they all have different hex information. So i assume they are not proper...
