Ok, Laptop is living again, i used a russian bios and when i press the "assist" key, i get the menu in russian, at least the bios is in English, lol !
This was a nice investment, 60 euros for a full HD 15,6, Core I3, 8gb Ram and aluminium chassis, will keep this one for me

We can edit the working bios with data from the old so the menu will change language.

I also lost the Windows 8 licence, tried to install win 8 oem and it's asking for a key.
Can you also retreive the licence ?
