how to remove bios password on thinkpad x201i

hi all i have 10 thinkpad x201i i buy at recycle people.. all condition faulty..
but i service now all condition ok.. but i have a problem with this bios password.. so how to clear this bios password? someone can help me..?

try to find these chips and flash the one you find with bin file

who is using chip MXIC mx25l6445e .. not support EZP2013. because I tried but should not be detec..
have other solution bro..?

EZP2013 can not read the chip . use RT809 programmer to do it or make your own programmer with the file in attachement.

Though being slow i am also using a cheap solution based on the CH341 chip.
To support the MX25L6445E, among others, you need the updated software 2014 EZP version.
Works like a charm...

EZP2013 can not read the chip . use RT809 programmer to do it or make your own programmer with the file in attachement.

if I replaced the chip with a new one, if allowed?
if yes i can buy this new chip..

Maybe I'm just slow.
Dead you mean short? Liquid damage ? Blown fets; shorted cap? Ic bad? Pch bad? Broken dc /cable jack?
