Here is a dump of EC and main bios of a Dell Precision M4700.
It is password free and the recent A14 Version.

I guess it is too late for you, but maybe someone else might find this useful.

The eeproms are marked U52 and U53 and can be found just beneath the docking connector.
I attached a picture of this as well.

Wouldn't it be easier just to remove the password or enter the master password? Replacing a BIOS is a small step for a technician, a big problem for the laptop.
