you sure that service tag is right, there should be a string of 7-4 characters, yours has 6-4

when I enter the service tag in the picture, (5N0B8L1-2A7B) into the generator,

am I missing something here?

couple of things to go over
passwords are case sensitive, so must be entered as seen
they are for a Qwerty keyboard US, UK etc
after you enter password press enter, but some laptops require you to hold down control button then press enter, and some require you to hold down control and press enter twice
