i have a dell inspiron 4030 that is locked by system password
i try to remove the coms battery reset bios but still same
i need bios reset password

please.......use eeprom programmer.........download bios file and flash to ic bios,,,,,u will solving this problem

another problem. HDD was protected by password after flash bios laptop require hdd password . can anyone tell me that how to remove hdd password please

You must have to know the password, which is stored in HDD itself.
If not then it is nearly impossible to unlock it in my opinion.
